Lazarus Saturday, the Forty Days are Complete

Six days before the Passover Jesus came to Bethany, to call back Lazarus who was four days dead, and to proclaim the coming Resurrection. The women Martha and Mary, sisters of Lazarus, came to meet Him, crying: 'Lord, if Thou hadst been here, our brother had not died.' Then He answered them: 'Did I not say to your before: He who believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live? Show Me where ye have laid him.' And the Maker of all cried unto him, 'Lazarus, come forth.'
